CORONAVIRUS

We consider the health and safety of our pupils to be of the utmost importance and therefore, we are taking the spread of Coronavirus in the UK seriously.

Following government guidance, we have opened up our federation ( at Middleham)  for our Y6, Y1 and EYFS. We have also welcomed back Y5 pupils and some children in Y2/3/4. Each group is in a bubble with separate entrances, play and lunch times.

We utilize the outside space as much as possible.

We have ensured that there is ample supplies of tissues and soap but would appreciate your help by encouraging your child to  wash  their hands and cough/sneeze into a tissue and wash hands again.

If your child has a new and persistent cough, do not send them to school. If your child develops a cough in school, we will send them home to protect  other children and staff.

Our cleaning team is also ensuring that surfaces the children touch are  sanitized daily and we additional cleaning takes place during the day.
